What is Rustic Luxury?
Rustic Luxury is a combination of rural, natural, earthy, high quality materials usually in the form of wood or stone, with more sophisticated luxurious elements and decor styles. In this interior decor style the rustic elements are combined with luxury elements to compliment each other in a unique look. The furniture is often traditional wooden furniture that is strong, durable or vintage with unique luxurious hardwares to complete the style. The traditional materials used on the furniture usually bring a sense of warmth or coziness to the users and are often textured with layers of textiles like pillows, blankets, wood decor, stone, etc. Rustic Luxury has been around for a very long while since the 18th century and was derived from the idea of the “countryside”, specifically in England which has evolved into today’s modern form of furniture and interior design.
As a unique eco resort in Krabi, Venice Krabi Village Resort has adopted the early modern style of Rustic Luxury into our design. Our rooms, furniture, dining, tables have all incorporated this natural identity with luxury for the comfort of guests and relaxation in your stay.

With so many different hotels currently in the world, there are various different elements and styles which have been implemented to those many. However, what sets us as Venice Krabi Village Resort apart, is our eco-friendly interior design that uses eco-friendly materials like natural wood from the Southern of Thailand and weaves that are layered and placed in a unique way to create our intimate room walls and furniture. Our natural found woods and weaves are shaped and placed in a way so that the design has a unique finishing touch that has never been seen before. Combined with the clean, modern furnishing of the luxurious cotton curtains and modern white comfortable beds with soft cushioned pillows, our rooms give a sense of coziness and a feeling of home, perfect for couples who want to come on their honeymoon. Our rooms are private and surrounded by an abundance of mangrove tree views and lagoon waters which all create a sense of romance and intimacy for couples who are looking for a luxurious romantic stay. Here we combine natural elements of rustic decors to luxury to create features that are different from the rest.

Small wooden houses on lake water and little Thai boats parked around which made the scenery so amazingly beautiful. Breakfast was great and felt luxurious with cooks making you eggs on the spot and a nice buffet to choose from. The swimming pool was out of this world. The largest I’ve ever seen and had an amazing view and feeling while in there. The staff was also very kind and very helpful and they offered great every day room service.
